Getting to the practice you want

Argo – Working Together 2017-11-07T00:17:04+00:00

Our approach

Our work is about collaboration. It is about working with the value, strengths and skills you already have. It is about identifying and dealing with obstacles that might be getting in the way. We do not have all the answers, but we will figure them out together, in a way that is consistent with your personality and your goals.

The work is also about stepping out of your comfort zone. Learning marketing tools and frameworks is as important as learning to value the work you do and face the discomfort of talking about it. Marketing is not about self-promotion, but about helping more people learn about all the great things you already do as a clinician.

How can we work together?

There are different ways we can work together – below are some of them.
Contact us today to discuss what is the best way we can get started.

Point Consultation

Maybe you want to understand what makes a good website, have a question about your branding plan, or want to brainstorm about different growth alternatives you have been thinking about. If there is something specific you want to discuss, drop us a line. After a complementary initial consultation, we will schedule a conversation.

Ongoing Coaching

We provide ongoing coaching to market your practice, think about your target clients, define what your brand stands for, and communicate what makes you unique. We will talk about limiting beliefs and provide you with frameworks, tools and resources to think and do things differently. Ongoing coaching usually takes at least 4 sessions.

Project Support

Depending on your needs and goals, we can also help you with a marketing project or assessment. From providing a detailed evaluation of the strengths and weaknesses of your website, to assessing whether the therapists in your group practice are aligned to your brand messaging. Projects have a well defined scope and actionable outcome.

Who do we work with?

Not everyone needs the same. From early career professionals to established group practice owners, everyone faces different challenges. Click on each category to learn how we can support you.

You feel ready to take this important step and create your own practice. You are confident on your clinical skills and on the impact you can make on your clients. Unfortunately, grad school neither helped you understand what marketing is all about, nor gave you the tools to start marketing your practice. Let’s go through the basics, one new client at the time.
You have the office space, you decorated it beautifully, you may even have a website and have told all the people you know about your practice, but the phone is not ringing as often as you hoped for. Let’s make sure you have the basics well covered, from conveying the right message to the right audience, to using the appropriate tools and having the right mindset.
Intentionally or not, you have been marketing your practice since the day you opened it. Today, however, it may not be where you want it to be. Maybe your usual referral sources are drying up and not many new clients are coming in. Or perhaps things have been going as usual, but you want to find ways to grow more. Let’s explore untapped growth opportunities that are a good fit for you.
As a group practice owner you face unique challenges. Are you clinicians on the same page regarding your brand values? How effective are you at helping them generate their own referrals? How can your practice name gain awareness so that it is not only associated to you? Marketing and branding are expressed externally but lived internally. Let’s think together through these and other issues.
We can work together too! Many businesses face similar issues than those experienced by therapists in private practice. We can also work together to ensure your consumer insights and marketing research investment is money well spent. Let’s talk.

How can we get started?

First let’s get to know each other. Let’s talk about your objectives, goals and dreams, and about what you have been doing so far. Let’s figure out if we are a good match.

Our initial conversation is free of charge and we can have it over the phone, on Skype or in person. After we discuss your intention and I learn a bit about your practice, I will send you a proposal of how we can work together.

The proposal is a starting point for a new conversation, and is always open to questions, comments or feedback. Our goal is to be of service to you.

So don’t wait anymore and drop us a line. There is nothing to lose and the possibilities are vast.
